Patricia Andrade
After graduating from the University of Pennsylvania, majoring in Internationals Relations and minoring in East Asian Studies and Consumer Psychology, I went back to Colombia to work as a business analyst at McKinsey & Company. Before coming to Harvard, I led the Mexico operations of Generation, an education-to-employment nonprofit with a dual mission to train and empower youth to build thriving, sustainable careers and to provide employers the highly skilled, motivated talent they need. After my MBA I plan to return to Mckinsey and work in their education practice. Long term I aspire to build a career in impact investing, focused on education and workforce development.
